  • Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We are happy to provide COI’s as requested by clients, venues, or planners.

  • Picnics are a breeze to book! simply head on over to the picnics tab and fill out the form. once the form has been filled, we will reach out to summarize your event details and discuss any further questions you may have. finally, we will send over an invoice and payment link where you will be able to book your event and VOILA- you can kick back and relax! we will contact you the week of your event to confirm scheduling, pick up, and delivery.

  • joshua tree picnics are only done at airbnb's or with permit at the national park.

    a $70 travel fee will incur for all joshua tree picnics plus the joshua tree national park entrance fee ($30) for park events only.

  • Absolutely! We welcome and encourage clients to bring in their own food, catering, beverages, etc.

    You can also opt-out of our charcuteries boards and beverages for a lighter pricing. Inquire in our picnics page!

  • picnics: we require at least 1 week minimum, but recommend 2 months. clients will typically book up to 10 months in advance so the dates do fill up.

    *the same timeline applies to rentals.

    events: we require at least 3 months, but do recommend you inquire sooner as dates can fill up with weekends being the first to go.

  • Picnics: This DOES NOT apply.

    Rentals & Events:

    $300 rental minimum

    $1,500 event planning/design minimum

    *not including service/labor fee and delivery.

  • payments can be made in full via our payment system or in payment installs if this works best for you. all payments must be made in full prior to your event date.

    a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total is required to book any of our picnics. this is to ensure items already purchased for your event are covered in case of cancellation.

    a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for event design and planning services along with a signed rental/ service agreement to confirm your booking.

    a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for rentals. along with a signed rental agreement to confirm your booking.

  • Please note that if you have paid the deposit, but have not yet signed the service agreement (rentals+ events), your booking is NOT final until service agreement has been signed.

  • picnics: cancellations can be made for a 75% refund of your total. cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. anything made after that cannot be refunded as time, resources, and labor will have already been invested into the event.

    the same policy applies to rentals.

    events: cancellation information will be provided in service agreement.
