Event Design

We bring in our most trusted vendors to tell your story and make your special day unforgettable.

    1. Inquire: Tell us about your event through our online inquiry form below. We’ll then reach out to collect further information and put together a proposal you feel confident with.

    2. Booking: once design proposal is approved, we’ll make it official with a 25% deposit and service agreement to secure your date on our calendar.

    3. Final Details: 2-4 weeks out before your event, we will re-connect with you to ensure final details, numbers, and production timeline. We will take the final payment at this point.

    4. Day of: the day of your event, we will arrive to set up and execute our services. once finished, our team will come back for pickup.

  • Pricing varies on the design and size of your event. Our clients typically start at a $2,500 price point.
